Heat pipe for direct flow non-pressure solar water heater

Direct flow non-pressure solar water heater is made of direct flow collector and non-pressurized tank. The heat-collect tube is made of vacuum tube , heat pipe , aluminium fin. In the sun, the selective absorption coating collect the heat then
transfer to the conduct pipe via aluminium fin , the media in conduct pipe will deliver the energy to the tank to make whole tank water temperature increasing gradually. As no water in tube ,the tube can bear the pressure, it will avoid the situation of one tube break all water in tank will flow out. When we take the hot water for shower, cold water will go to the tank at the same time, and stopped when the tank getting full, the tank will always keeps full of water.

1)The heat pipe deliver heat in one way , and it has small capacity, can work at low temperature with fast speed and high efficiency .
2)The heat pipe can work at a low temperature , can protect the tube from frost to break .
